  • Washington Administrative Code relating to Hygiene:

    • WAC 392-410-115; Mandatory areas of study in the common school.
      (1) Pursuant to RCW 28A.230.020 all school districts shall provide instruction in reading, penmanship, spelling, mathematics, geography, English grammar, physiology, hygiene, and history of the United States.
    • WAC 392-172A-02076; Prohibited practices.
      (d) Hygiene care. A student must not be denied or subjected to an unreasonable delay in the provision of common hygiene care.
